Another fully automatic cut, strip and bootlace ferruling machine. Built by Cablespeed UK using an Artos CR-22 base machine with retrofitted 2x Zoller & Frochlich Crimper LS bootlaces ferruling modules for processing 0.5-2.5sqmm and 2 x Zoller & Frochlich CR-04 Ferruling machine processing 4 & 6 sqmm ferrules with 18mm barrel length. Cablespeed design and build all electrical and mechanical interfaces in house. This purpose built machine is able to cut strip and crimp a bootlace ferrule on both ends of the wire fully automatically from 0.5-6 Sq mm. System also includes 2x imaje inkjet wire marking mahines allowing for harness identification in both black and white ink.
One major advantage in using our in house designed mechanical interface is that each module can be quickly released from the Artos and used directly on a bench in a semi-automatic operator mode. This unparalleled flexibility is only achieved by utilising our over 30 years of experience in building special bespoke wire processing solutions.
