CABLESPEED LTD installs a THIRD Komax Zeta at a single customer site. Less than 12 months ago we supplied the first two station Zeta 620 machine. The customer quickly realised the power high automation had to transform their wire harness production and immediately ordered a second machine, a Zeta 640 with five process stations. This Zeta 650 is configured with 3x M1650 tube marker modules, CM1/5 & CM04 Duo for bootlace ferruling 0.5-6sqmm range and 2x C1370 crimp stations for Cembre Group pre-insulated terminal crimping. As a special aftermarket addition the machines now operate lights out production with the integration of high-resolution 360 degree camera monitoring systems paired with Team viewer. 💪💪💪
