This special Rotar 585 was a UK customer specific design where the system was refined over 12 months of on-site testing.

Key features included..

✅️Heavy duty open winding head for large diameter harnesses

✅️ Strengthened base frame to reduce machine vibration

✅️ Increased motor pulling power on linear system and belt drive.

✅️ Software improvements

✅️ Touch screen moved to right hand side of the machine to aid ergonomics for right handed operators

✅️ Extended work table

After a LOT of combined effort, the first two systems are installed but more importantly we have a happy customer!
