Job Title: Parts Stock Controller
Department: Parts and Consumables
Directly responsible to: Stock Manager
Hours of work: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday
Salary: TBD
Job outline
To cover the day to day running of the spares department. working alongside our Stock manager. Full job training provided. no experience necessary.
Major responsibility:
• Quoting of parts and consumables.
• Packing and booking deliveries of parts daily.
• Stock management.
• working with accounts department where necessary to keep track of customer orders where non-standardised.
• To oversee stores and to keep it in good order.
• To maintain a logbook over the duration of the apprenticeship period, recording projects that have been
undertaken and the skills learned.
• To ensure import paperwork and supplier deliveries are on track and on time
• To ensure delivery costs are under control and are priced competitively.
