Not all service visits go to plan! After a recent service contract visit, two machines were found to have significant issues that required deep surgery to rectify. Sebastian Latka went above and beyond to ensure the machines were back in production, even if it meant being there until 10pm on a Friday evening. Here is the customer feed back.
“I don’t often feel the need to e-mail after a service visit from your good selves or any of our other providers, but I feel that I have to on this occasion!
I would like you to pass on my sincerest thanks to Sebastian for the effort and time he put into getting our machines sorted.
I must admit, I did not expect 2 working machines, to not be working after a service, but his commitment to getting them up and running again was fantastic.
I wish there were more people like him, in this business.
