The fully automatic wire processing machine Alpha 520 can perform customized jobs with unique applications. Its precisely process wire qualities with cross sections from 0.13 – 6 mm² can easily handle even short wires from 20 mm. Applications with smaller wire cross sections as 0.05 mm² are available after feasibility test. The effortless setup and material changeover process guarantees economical production even with small batch sizes. Our quality concept involves integrated monitoring and verification for improved productivity and simplified operation. Non-standard modules can be easily integrated without affecting the basic software structure, allowing for continued standard software updates.
