The Komax X1585 fluxing/tinning module for Komax fully automatic wire processing machines enables versatile lead-free tinning of strand ends. Constant tin flow allows for consistent quality. The speed is infinitely variable and the temperature can be configured precisely. These outstanding characteristics guarantee a high level of process safety. The variety of tinning nozzles covers a broad spectrum of applications.
The pump channel exhibits optimal fluid dynamics to prevent slagging. The tinning nozzle can be disassembled during operation and the pump channel removed easily without the use of tools. Facilitated cleaning and quick heating save time.
The fluxing station is compact and integrated as standard, while the container is easily accessible on any fully automatic wire processing machine.
