This latest Instalaltion allows our customer to create a panel in CAD, convert the wire date to machine code using Komax TopConvery software and deliver cutting lists wirelessley to the Komax Kappa 310 cut and strip machine using the Topwin Kappa software. The sysem is complete with the Komax M1630 inkjet printer, which links seemlesley to the Kappa 310 and allows for sequential wire prining without operator intervention.
In summary the system will cut, strip and print panel wires in squence with different lengths and wire idents, produced as a complete kit, ready for bench crimping and finally, building into the panel.
