How do we train our engineers to know every nut and bolt of a machine? Here’s how…
Recently a new Cablespeed customer asked us to source a Komax Alpha 433 fully automatic crimping machine, but also required double crimping and inkjet printing. Their parent company in Denmark already had three A433 and wanted their UK subsidiary to use the same. Cablespeed rose to the challenge! Billy Melia spent many months rebuilding and refurbishing this Alpha which is now installed and running beautifully. Congratulations on a superb job 💪. Here are some of the upgrades and replacements he made during this journey.

✅️ Full ground up rebuild.
✅️ New computer and software.
✅️ New bearings and belts throughout.
✅️ All panels re-powder coated to latest Komax colours.

✅️ 10x New Mecal s.r.l. crimp applicators and Escubedo S.A.U. terminals supplied by Cablespeed.
